A lecture given by Scott Laughlin, realtor and specialist in historic property marketing of Will Price homes.
Mr. Laughlin will present the amazing history of the primary architect of the original developments of North and South Wayne. Price designed more than 100 houses in Radnor Township, and beyond. Laughlin will talk about the career of this remarkable man that lasted only 38 years, and his lasting legacy left in Wayne, then Overbrook Farms, designing the model homes for developer-builders like Wendell-Smith.
