DESCRIPTION:“A Poor Sort of Heaven; A Good Sort of Earth: Rose Valley an Arts and Crafts Experiment”\nA unique day trip exploring the Arts and Crafts community of Rose Valley offered to Winterthur Patron-and-above-level Members and Rose Valley Museum Members\nThe day will begin at Winterthur with a short overview of the Arts and Crafts movement and utopian communities\, led by Thomas Guiler\, PhD\, Assistant Professor of History and Public Humanities at Winterthur and finish with a tour of  Rose Valley and an introduction to the Rose Valley Museum Collection by Ryan Berley\, Curator\, Rose Valley Museum. \nOctober 13\, 2018\, 9:30am-4:30pm\nCost includes admission and tour fees\, custom box lunch and refreshments.\nDonation: $54 \nRegister Now!\nReservations limited (deadline – 9/29/18): call 484-444-2961.  Click here to register online.\nDay includes box lunch and afternoon light refreshments.  Participants must provide their own transportation for the day.  Parking at the School in Rose Valley at the end of School Lane. \n
